Food – Supplements And Vitamins – Flat Rate – £8.00 postage and package by Royalmail 2nd Class Signed For UK Delivery.

Large Cages – Flat Rate – £85.00 Postage UK Delivery Only.

Accessories / Play Toys – Rope Ladders, Reptile Branches And Java Wood Branches Flat Rate – £18.00

Shipping to destinations outside of the UK can be arranged.
Please ask for details and a extra cost may be involved.

Delivery

When will I receive my item?
Once payment of items are received in our account, we will post the items. They should be received within 2-7 working days after payment has been received. You will receive the tracking order number when made available.

Acceptance of items
All items are sent ‘signed for’ delivery. Should the parcel not be intact upon delivery, save reasonable wear and tear from transit, please do not accept the parcel. Once the item is signed for by you, we assume that the parcel was delivered in a satisfactory state.

Returns

What can I return?
You may return new, unopened items sold within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

When will I get my refund?
Usually within 1 week of returning your order. After we receive and process your return, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.

Does Marmosets Diets and Woodstocks offer replacements or exchanges?
Yes we do. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide evidence. We will send you a replacement of the same item. If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, you can. Please contact us should you wish to exchange an item.
